Varmalämmitys Oy is a joint-venture established by Infranode and KPA Unicon, a market leading provider of turnkey heating equipment and energy solutions in Finland. Together, we provide heat-only boilers and CHP plants through 10 to 25-year availability-based contracts to energy utilities and industrial companies in Finland.
Infranode and KPA Unicon together provide the equity financing for the investment. KPA Unicon is responsible for designing, building, operating and maintaining the plants over the contract period.
