Infranode welcomes Krister Skålberg and Ulrika Jardfelt as new senior advisors
Infranode has appointed two new senior advisors, Krister Skålberg and Ulrika Jardfelt, to contribute with valuable knowledge and industry experience in Infranode´s current and future investments. Infranode has a strong network of prominent experts with extensive experience from leading roles in both public and private infrastructure operations.
Ulrika Jardfelt
Ulrika has long-standing and extensive experience in the energy and real estate industries from both a Swedish and European level. She was most recently Head of Vattenfall’s business area Heat, in Europe. Ulrika also has experience from roles such as Head of district heating distribution at E.ON, CEO of the Swedish District Heating Association (today a part of Energiföretagen Sverige), and as Secretary with responsibility for energy and climate issues at the Government Offices, Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation.
Currently, Infranode has 6 district heating investments across its two funds. As a senior advisor Ulrika will work closely with the Infranode asset management team. In particular, she will serve as a board member at Hafslund Oslo Celsio on Infranode’s mandate. Ulrika will also support the investment team in its origination activities across the Nordics.

Krister Skålberg
Krister is an independent consultant with extensive experience in the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector. He has spent his whole career in executive management positions for listed companies and in consulting roles in the areas of Transaction Advisory Services and Management Consulting. Over the past five years, Krister has built a technology team within EY’s strategy and transactions in the Nordics. He has led several assignments in strategic and operational areas, such as IT/Technology Due Diligence, and Commercial Due Diligence.
Krister has a long career covering many roles across the Nordic digital infrastructure space. As a senior advisor, he will bring hands-on leadership experience, business acumen and in-depth knowledge to the Infranode team.
We are very happy to welcome Krister to the team as we are accelerating our Nordic digital infrastructure presence. Krister will primarily serve as a board member and advisor in our existing digital assets, but also support the evaluation of potential new investment opportunities, says Martin Ekström, Head of Asset Management.
